All aspects of the purchase—including payments, order processing, shipping, customs, returns, refunds, and customer service—are handled directly by the individual makers. Maker Responsibilities
Makers listed in the directory are responsible for providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information at all times, while respecting the following guidelines:

Directory Approval and Removal

Listings may be refused, suspended, or removed at our discretion if they are found to violate our rules, provide misleading information, or for other legitimate reasons as outlined in our Seller Rules & Guidelines. Listing Fees and Refund Policy

If a listing cannot be completed due to an issue on our side, we will work with the business owner to resolve the issue fairly. Fees for optional listing updates are also non-refundable once the requested work has begun. Corrections to errors made by The Handmade Collective are always free.
