For existing Showcase members only who need a complete listing refresh, including updates to their description, contact information, logo or personal photo, and/or replacement of up to 25 product photos, within their Showcase plan's photo allowance.

Turnaround Time

Most listing updates are processed and completed within 3 to 5 business days after payment and required details are received.

Image Standards

Provided photos must be high-quality, clear, and reflect your current artisanal work to maintain the directory's professional aesthetic.

Content Ownership

Makers must hold full rights to all text and imagery submitted. We reserve the right to curate content for clarity and SEO optimization.

Refund Policy

Listing update services are non-refundable once the update process has started. Corrections to our errors are always free of charge.
